McClelland to chair NCAA males’s hoops committee



INDIANAPOLIS — Southwestern Athletic Convention commissioner Charles McClelland will turn out to be the primary consultant from a traditionally Black faculty, college or league to chair the Division I males’s basketball committee when he takes over subsequent 12 months.
